is looking for a full-time Operations Manager to oversee the and improve the company's daily operations to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor and assess the company's overall performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to improve operational efficiency across all departments.
Ensuring the company follows all corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
Develop training programs to ensure that employees are fully trained on the company's operational policies and procedures.
Managing budgets for contracts, projects, and supplies.
Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and other service providers.
Hiring and training staff and managing workflow.
Preparing reports and briefs for management committees to evaluate administrative services.

Qualifications:

Completion of postsecondary education is required.
3 years or above experience in operations management or business administration.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
