Salary:
Competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses

Requirements:

Minimum three (3) years of experience in insurancerelated sales
Minimum two (2) years management experience preferred
Successful record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication skills written, verbal & listening
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactiveness in problemsolving and conflictresolution
Dedication to quality customer service
Ability to pay attention to detail, multitask and meet job responsibilities in accurate and timely manner
Ability to present to potential customers
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Property & Casualty license in good standing
Life license in good standing

Responsibilities:

Ensuring agency operations are conducted in an appropriate and costeffective manner
Reviewing and improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Coordination and planning for office services such as equipment and supplies
Facilitating office processes to ensure agency remaining legally compliant
Recruiting, training and ongoing supervision/mentorship of team members
Building and management of client relationships
Working with team to establish and meet marketing and sales goals
Generation of additional client business in all agency products
This position is with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. This agents' employees are not employees of Desjardins. Independent contractor agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees._

Salary:
Up to $30.00 per hour
