Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
• Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
• Proficient in operating warehouse machinery, such as milling machines and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of CAD software, such as SolidWorks, bSolid, Mozaik, for programming CNC machines
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and measurements
• Familiarity with using calipers and other precision measuring instruments
• Understanding of logic controllers and their functions
