- Identify and complete all necessary repairs needed
- Inspecting each unit for any defects, loose parts etc.
- Check all repair work to ensure that equipment is in good and safe operating condition.
- Review documentation and or repair order to ensure all required information on repair order is accurate legible and complete.
- Record parts and equipment utilized on the repair order and ensure the parts person is aware of the stock taken
- Previous experience working on emergency vehicles is an asset
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude in electrical and mechanical systems
- Understand and adhere to the Ministry of Transportation rules and regulations.
