Job Summary:

Duties:

Plan, organize, and direct building construction projects
Coordinate and supervise building renovation activities
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Review and interpret blueprints and schematics
Utilize construction management software to track project progress
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and progress

Job Specific Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Eng., Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
Familiarity with setting up fabrication shops and installation of overhead cranes is a plus

Other Requirements:

Demonstrate knowledge and an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Understand how this position impacts the quality of products and services our customers provide

Be selfmotivated with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask
Work well within a team environment
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Pay:
$80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
