This is a hybrid full-time Administrative Assistant role based in Victoria BC with partial work-from-home flexibility.The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various tasks including managing daily office operations maintaining schedules handling correspondence and ensuring smooth communication within and outside the company
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Competence in clerical tasks and organizational skills
- Proactive detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
