Thanks for looking at my job posting I own 3 small businesses and am looking for someone to help with the books.

Not only the traditional bookkeeping, but also with helping paying bills, budgeting, managing simple contracts, etc.

Some of the work can be done remotely, but about 1/3 would ideally be done in person.

I have 2 locations that we can work from but the best location would be near Carling/Kirkwood in the Carlington neighbourhood.

There is a BIG backlog of accounting and bookkeeping to catch up on and moving forward we would like to make sure everything is in order

We have a great in-person location to work and a great work environment.

The first order of business will be to start catching up on several years of bookkeeping and tax filings.

I am guessing this will take 10 hours for the first small business, 20 hours for the second small business, and 150 hours for the third business.

After the catch up work is completed I was hoping that someone would be able to help on a part time basis, perhaps hours per year.

(The heavy concentration of work is between September-January.)
