    Job Title: Inside Account Manager

    Gillfor Distribution has an existing role of an Inside Account Manager to join our Winnipeg branch.

    The Inside Account Manager is responsible for achieving results for the distribution center by creating and maintaining business relationships with key customer accounts. This person works as part of a team and is responsible for managing all aspects of our business with their customer: product sales and promotion, customer accounts, shipping and delivery, conflict resolution etc. A good Inside Account Manager communicates effectively, comfortable in a team culture; keen business sense how generate profitable business results clearly.

    About The Role

    • Identify decision-makers in targeted prospects initiate sales process.
    • Collaborate division manager determine necessary strategic sales approaches support marketing efforts trade shows exhibitions events required
    • Making outgoing follow-up calls customers phone email or Teams meetings sell company's added value increase customer product basket manage incoming unsolicited prospect calls convert into sales attend periodic sales training respond inquiries order status payment refunds etc

    About You
