Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a passion for orchestrating seamless supply chain operations? We are searching for a skilled Distribution and Logistics Manager to lead our dynamic team.


Position Overview
This position involves documenting maintenance processes, coordinating with various teams, and assisting in maintaining equipment and facilities.

The Operations Administrator will work closely with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.


Your Contribution

1.


Shipment Oversight**:

  • Oversee the execution of both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and obtaining the required permits.
  • Ensure the successful and timely receipt of shipments, coordinating with various stakeholders to prevent delays or disruptions.

Distribution Team Management:


  • Manage and lead the Distribution team, ensuring they efficiently fulfill all B2C sales orders.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

3.


Inventory Monitoring:


  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of Finished Products (FPL) based on accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to balance demand and supply effectively.

International Shipments:


  • Process international shipments of products, overseeing all aspects from preparation to verification of successful receipt.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.

Performance Analysis and Improvement:


  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as processing and delivery times in the Distribution Centre.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Courier Contracts and Operational Solutions:


  • Establish and manage necessary contracts with courier services to optimize transportation solutions.
  • Address operational transport challenges swiftly, minimizing disruptions to the supply chain.

ERP System Enhancement:


  • Recommend and implement changes in the Company's ERP system to enhance logistics and distribution processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management within the system.

8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):


  • Create, revise, and maintain Company SOPs relevant to the distribution of products.
  • Ensure SOPs reflect best practices and compliance with industry standards.

Regulatory Reporting:


  • Provide accurate shipping and receiving information for reporting to various regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all reporting requirements are met according to industry regulations.

Team Training and Compliance:


  • Ensure all staff members are properly trained in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) standards.
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by ensuring proper shipment and receipt of GMP materials.

Transport Qualifications:


  • Coordinate the execution of validations and qualifications of transport companies for international shipments of products.

Packaging Compliance:


  • Ensure that all packaging requirements for products are met, maintaining product quality during transit.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in liaising with couriers, regulatory bodies, and international shipping partners.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and industry regulations.
  • Leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
