NAPA in-store team members take pride in providing excellent customer service and they have strong knowledge of car parts. They offer advice, support our operations, and allow us to provide our customers with everything they need.

$19.70 and
$22.80 per hour (depending on experience) and we offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.

In this key role, you will:

Assist both walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts
Provide price quotes and other related information to our customer base
Process customer orders and handle various transactions; including warranty and return processes
Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

Automotive vehicle parts experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Capability to deliver and outstanding customer experience
Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
Ability to lift 50lbs
High school diploma and/or training in automotive sales or vehicle parts equipment sales is considered an asset
