What Y**ou
Will **E
xperience:

Provide administrative support to the Property Accounting Finance Team
Assist on a variety of tasks for full cycle accounting for specific properties (ie: monthend reporting)
Assist in software conversion activities, such as validation of data and running reports
Assist in budget cycle activities for specific properties as needed
Office duties such as filing, and database entry may be required
May assist with other duties as assigned

What You'll
B
ring:

Currently enrolled in an academic program preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting program.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detailoriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.
Previous accounting or finance experience is an asset.
