PCRM is hiring an experienced PRN, Medical Office Assistant (MOA) for our Edmonton office.


The purpose of this role is to act as a team player that identifies, fosters, and owns qualities that align with our mission, vision, and values to provide superior, personalized fertility care to our patients.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate team member.

Your expertise is unmatched, you're exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in because you love what you do.


  • EMR appointment scheduling, including clinical visits, ultrasounds, lab tests, and procedures
  • Setting up fertility treatment cycles and coordinating prerequisite testing and/or procedures
  • Assisting physicians with minor gynecological/fertilitybased exams, as well as chaperoning ultrasounds
  • Working directly with the physician to maintain an efficient, streamlined fertility practice
  • Exam/ultrasound room set up, cleaning, and turnover; as well as rooming patients

Technical Expertise

  • At least three (3) years of recent MOA experience
  • Experience with EMRbased medical practice (electronic medical records)

Medical Office Assistant diploma/certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution

  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, and exceptional communication skills

Interpersonal Skills & Relationship Building

  • Excellent customer service skills serving patients with compassion and dedication
  • Team player, proficient at multitasking, and also the ability to work selfsufficiently when required in a very fastpaced practice
  • Excellent English skills, both written and oral
