Collision Repair Experts Kitchener is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team_

Your role as a customer service representative is to ensure that the customer receives a legendary customer service experience.


Duties:

Greets customers upon intake and delivery of vehicles
Inspects vehicles for accident related and prior damage
Fills out required paper work and takes photos of vehicle
Partake in check-out of vehicle with the customer upon delivery date
Assists and handles incoming phone calls

Schedule clients intake appoinments and delivery appointments
General office duties
Provides support for the team and keeps everyone informed
On occasion, cleans exterior and interior of customers' vehicles


Required:

Excellent customer service skills
Prior Customer Service Representative experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail

Must have a valid G2 drivers license

Shift is Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm


TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Must be able to drive standard cars

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $47,000.00 per year
