You'll begin your journey with Orientation Activities to help you get acclimated to the team and role and will equip you with the skills and knowledge to provide the best possible experience to CIBC clients - we know there's a learning curve and we're here to help.

It's handson, so you'll get the reallife experience you need to rise to the challenge
You will have ongoing coaching and mentoring by your leaders
You'll have an opportunity to develop and practice skills to set you up for future success such as communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

Work Location:
Toronto with select roles based in Mississauga

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be currently enrolled in postsecondary education (college or university), OR a recent graduate. You do not need to be in a registered Coop program to be considered
Duration of term: 4, 8, or 12 months
Must selfidentify as First Nations/Metis/Inuit
Strong verbal and written communication skills
You are working towards a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Applied Science, Mathematics or a related field
You enjoy investigating complex problems and embracing new tools and technologies to help find innovative solutions
Your strong analytics and research skills help you integrate diverse data points into meaningful insights
