As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled psychologist to join our team.
As a psychologist at MCA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting intake interviews and psychological assessments to evaluate clients' needs and concerns.
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clinical expertise.
- Providing evidencebased psychotherapy services.
- Monitoring clients' progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist in Ontario.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments and formulating treatment plans.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidencebased practices for treating a range of mental health disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Commitment to cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
