Analytical Insights Manager IC
to join Our team.
- This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.
Individual will work in a one-of-a-kind organization with fascinating solutions that make a difference for real people all around the world and at every second of the day.

Position Responsibilities:
- Help customers, both internal and external, understand and solve complex problems and maximize efficiency while leveraging Boeing's Digital Offerings.
- Generate advanced analytical insights; using large data sets identify root causes, threats, errors, and opportunities so that they can be actioned.
- Communicate analytical insights in an easily digestible and actionable manner.
- Works directly with customers and stakeholders to scope analytical projects, obtain relevant data, validate findings, and share results.
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving.
- Ensures customer commitments and service levels are achieved or exceeded.
- Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
- Maintain SME level awareness of several of Boeing's Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) products.
- Some travel will be required.
- Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Minimum of five years total Aeronautical experience in any of the following disciplines: Aerospace engineering background, flight deck operations, piloting, commercial airline operations, or military flight operations.
- Minimum of five years analytical experience.
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible to handle US exportcontrolled data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience presenting data insights
- Experience with data mining and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with flight safety programs such as Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) / Flight Data Monitoring (FDM).
- Strong presentation skills to executive level audience.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Piloting or reliability engineering experience.
- Familiarity with aircraft recorded flight data.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:
