Course description:

This course introduces the transactional nature of architecture based on the premise that clients will have decided on project budgets, building programs, desired timelines and construction procurement before they select an architect.

Estimated course enrolment: 20

Class schedule:
Friday 14:00 - 17:00

Size of appointment: 50 hours

Sessional dates of appointment:
September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023

Salary:
$52.25 per hour

Minimum qualifications:
Must be a gradute of a Master of Architecture program; must taken ARC3051H/ARC3052H or ARC3052Y (or course equivalent)

Online and in-person tutorial delivery; guest speaker coordination; marking and grading; preparation of course materials; answering student questions and providing student feedback
