I am working with an exciting client with 4 restaurant locations around BC.
With a focus on providing exceptional service and promoting a conscious dining culture, the company has established itself as a leader in the industry and are seeking a General Manager to join their team
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly and diplomatically
~ Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
