Fresh Ideas & Solutions Inc. is a food consulting and manufacturing company located in the Pitt Meadows Industrial Park.

We are looking for enthusiastic and capable individuals to work in our warehouse and production facility, with duties including weighing and mixing dry food ingredients.

This is a part-time position based on the production orders. Hours may vary from

• 8 hour shift

s, Monday to Friday only.

• Weighing, blending and packing various food products (herbs, spices, powders, etc,)
• Operating various types of food processing equipment including mixers, scales, and packaging machinery; training is provided
• Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary work space for food production
• Shipping and receiving, warehouse inventory management and tracking (as needed)

Position Requirements:

• Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 30kg/60lbs safely and repeatedly; standing, bending, crouching, lifting, repetitive motions
• Capable of following directions (verbal and written), and working safely and efficiently
• Capable of maintaining written records in a timely and legible manner
• Capable of working with a team or independently, good communication skills; comfortable working with mínimal supervision
• Warehouse experience, including use of a pallet jack or forklift is an asset
• Food Safety training is an asset
• First Aid and/or Fork Lift training are assets
