Overview:
KM Creative Co is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/Laborer to work with our team.

As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of painting and labor tasks to support our construction and renovation projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with residential or commercial painting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and seeing spaces transform


Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
• Repair and restore damaged surfaces
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete painting and labor tasks
• Assist carpenters with building and construction projects
• Install drywall and perform patching and repairs as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
• Manage time efficiently to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:

- **Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual


Salary:
$22.00-$35.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week

- painting: 2 years (preferred)
