RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years experience on medium and high voltage distribution equipment.
• Provide service and support for repair and maintenance of new and existing equipment, including startup and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair of malfunctioning equipment on and off site.
• Master Electrical License or Experience in Electrical Construction preferred but not mandatory.
• Provide phone/online technical support for customer inquiries.
• Generate/Modify technical document to represent retrofitting or changes in existing equipment design and operation.
• Perform and record preventative maintenance procedures and routine service, and also provide recommendations for retrofit/modifications to existing equipment.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Valid Ontario Class "G" drivers license with a clean driving abstract.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekend to provide emergency services for our customers.
• Weekend work will be required.

Salary:
$45,578.00-$76,880.29 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- medium voltage 27.6 kV to 220kV high voltage equip: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Working at Heights Certificate, WHIMS (preferred)
