What we need

Reporting to the F&B Management Team, the
Server's main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, serving guests quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

What you'll do

Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, offer suggestions and take orders;
Provide fast, efficient and courteous service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests;
Prepare and serve beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards;
Prepare invoices and collects payment;
Effectively organize, clean and restock service stations and dining areas;
Perform opening and closing task checklists;
Perform other related duties.

Profile needed

What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position

High School Diploma;
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food and beverage and customer service;
Diploma in hospitality, an asset;
Experience with a POS system, an asset;
Knowledge wine characteristics and pairings, an asset;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen to guest needs;
Positive attitude, autonomy, dynamism and detailoriented;
You genuinely care for the wellbeing of others;
Good physical condition: ability to work long hours on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg).

When
You will work on flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays). We require open availability Friday to Sunday.
