Job summary
The Technical Supervisor will lead a team of Technicians in the delivery of day-to-day technical operations within an assigned practice portfolio. The role assists staff with professional development and achievement of program goals aligned with Strategic Directions; ensuring the team attains and maintains best practices in all aspects of their work.The Technical Supervisor is responsible for applying improvement initiatives, workflow management, and evidence-based practice to improve patient care for the Children's Orthotics Clinic.
Broad scope of expertise and will act as a resource to the technical team with regards to technical decision making and implementing best practices.
