Senior Manager, Operations – LMX
Location: GTA (On-Site)
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000
Vacancy Status: Existing Vacancy, New Position

LMX is a marketing fulfillment and logistics division specializing in merchandise distribution, kitting, print integration, and regulated client programs across Canada and the U.S. We operate a multi-client fulfillment warehouse serving marketing and regulated industry clients. The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Operations to lead warehouse, fulfillment, inventory control and quality functions. This role is ideal for an experienced Operations Manager ready to step into broader ownership and responsibility within a growing fulfillment environment.

- Warehouse operations
- Fulfillment and kitting
- Inventory control
- Quality supervision
- Packaging procurement and vendor management
- Equipment repairs and facility coordination
You will manage:
- Operations Manager
- Quality Supervisor
- Warehouse & Fulfillment Team
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Improve warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Manage a portion of the business operating out of our Ottawa location, ensuring seamless coordination and performance through effective remote leadership and structured oversight.
- Standardize and document SOPs
- Establish measurable KPIs (order accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround time)
Warehouse Management System (WMS) Optimization
- Optimize use of a modern cloud-based WMS platform
- Improve bin accuracy and inventory control logic
- Strengthen reporting and operational visibility
- Train team members on system best practices
- Support system integrations and data integrity
Strong hands-on WMS experience is required.
Experience in multi-client 3PL or marketing fulfillment environments is highly preferred.
Inventory & Quality
- Lead cycle count program
- Improve inventory accuracy (target 98–99%)
- Support quality documentation and compliance standards
- Partner with Quality Supervisor on continuous improvement initiatives
Procurement & Cost Control
- Manage sourcing of packaging and consumables
- Monitor operational supply spend
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Identify cost efficiencies without compromising service
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–7+ years in warehouse or fulfillment leadership
- Experience leading supervisors and small-to-mid-sized teams
- Strong WMS user (power-user level)
- Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, or marketing fulfillment environments
- Process-driven and improvement-oriented
- Comfortable in a hands-on, mid-sized business environment
