Front Desk Receptionist
Trojan Collision is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry


Essential functions include:

Provide administrative support to day to day staff and to the senior management

  • Greet customers and clients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and plan meetings
  • Greet visitors and provide them with information about our company
  • Maintain open and welcoming office environment, common areas, and public areas
  • Other duties as assigned
We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience is must. If you have a passion for helping people and building relationships, this is the opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:


Greet visitors, explain procedures to visitors and answer any questions they may have.

  • Provide basic office support such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Maintain office environment by keeping the office clean, organized and wellstocked.
  • Respond to incoming calls and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
  • Knowledge of insurance and rental processes would be extremely helpful

Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 5 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (required)
