Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Ticket Offices through out Golden Skybridge. <+
- Support coach staff provide guest service above expectations ensure all areas kept clean embracing Pursuit Value Honour Place Managing lines positive guest experiences Leading team manage arrival departure guests world class impression Ensuring staff knowledgeable providing visitor highest quality experience maximizing revenue sales products services Directing leading supporting Guest Experience team Hiring Training orientation evaluation employees Maintain positive working relationships tour companies suppliers departments Ensure staff adhere corporate grooming standards enforcing presentation professional conduct Ensure smooth operation computer systems arranging repairs on-site contact Guest Experience IT systems Assist overseeing daily reconciliation cash reports corrections adjustments ensuring cash security enforcing policies authorized access safes safe handling procedures ticketing areas Inform staff new clients payment procedures special functions Health Safety champion department leader emergency safety protocols Manage staffing levels department scheduling Handing guest complaints
