    Overview

    Status: Permanent Full-time Current Vacancy

    Salary Range: The annual salary for this position ranges from $42,250 - $51,750. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education.

    Job Close Date: February 9, 2026

    We are ESC, an experienced provider that delivers solutions uniting public records data, customer authentication, corporate services, collateral management, asset recovery, and accounts receivable management which support registration, due diligence, and lending practices of clients across Canada.     We are looking for a Senior Appraiser to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

    Please note: Due to the nature of the role, this position requires the successful candidate to be on-site full time.

    What you'll do

    • Independently complete Regional, National, and Pre-Seizure vehicle appraisals, collaborating with other appraisers as required
    • Support pricing and sales decisions through accurate, timely appraisal reporting
    • Maintain Repolot inventory on the physical lot, including relocating, parking, and organizing vehicles within tight space constraints
    • Ensure inventory is kept in presentable, remarketing-ready condition, including washing and detailing vehicles for online private sale
    • Coordinate transport pick-up and unit arrangement following sale
    • Manage documentation and support the organization and disposition of personal belongings in accordance with established procedures
    • Perform other related duties as required

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer navigation
    • Ability to safely drive, maneuver, and park vehicles in tight spaces with care and attention to detail
    • Working knowledge of basic vehicle handling and maintenance (e.g., boosting vehicles, changing tires); ability to drive a manual (standard) transmission is considered an asset
    • Previous experience in a dealership environment and/or vehicle arrangement is considered an asset
    • Strong ability to assess vehicle condition and value accurately
    • High attention to detail to maintain inventory in remarketing-ready condition
    • Strong organizational skills to manage physical inventory and maximize lot space
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a hands-on environment
    • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting
