What you'll be doing:

Project Costing and Budgeting: Evaluate project requirements and develop cost estimates, monitor project budgets and expenses, and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality
As the point of contact for our clients, you will manage the relationship throughout the project lifecycle
You will collaborate with the sales team to understand the client's needs and contribute to the development of project proposals
As the point of contact for our clients, you will not only manage the relationship throughout the project lifecycle, but you will also be responsible for showcasing the firm's capabilities and fostering client relationships to secure future projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. You will also implement and maintain project schedules, adapting to changes and unforeseen challenges
Enforce quality standards and compliance with industry regulations and conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets or exceeds client expectations

What you bring to the table:

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on roofing, painting, carpentry, and renovations (indoor, outdoor, and new builds).
Strong financial acumen and experience in costing out projects to maximize profitability.
Demonstrated ability to balance sales responsibilities with effective project management.
Familiarity with construction industry regulations and best practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
