Description

Job Duties:


Responsible for various administrative duties to ensure the successful functioning of the operation including but not limited to Fleet Administration, Fleet Data Processing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and other related duties as directed by management.


Reports To:

Administration Manager


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent writing and organizational skills
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Comfortable in learning new Programs and Portals in the Computer.
  • Ability to type over 60 words per minute
  • Fluency in both written and oral English
  • Knowledge of Avis Budget GUI & Wizard system an asset.
  • Able to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely in a professional manner
  • Be thorough, accurate, diligent, and organized
  • Able to work in a time sensitive environment
  • General office experience
  • Valid B.C. driver's license, with a clean driving record

Hours of Work:


  • Schedule is at the discretion of Management, based on business needs, and per selection of shifts as outlined in the CBA and located at 3820 McDonald Rd., Richmond BC.
