Administrative Assistant - Winnipeg, Canada - Evolution Wheel
Description
Evolution Wheel is looking for an individual to join our team who can fill the role of Administrative Assistant.This person will work with the company's managers to assist in making sure daily and weekly tasks are kept on track and on time.
Having a strong attention to detail and being able to manage your time effectively will be the keys to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Generating shipments and shipping documents for customer orders
- Communicating with customers about the shipping details of their orders and following up once received
- Ensuring that the company's metric tracking documents are kept up to date
- Ensuring that all employee timesheets are accurate and kept uptodate for payroll
- Ordering and receiving materials and other items needed by the company
- Calling the companies customers for prospecting and customer service purposes
- Business administration diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Great work ethic
- Exceptional data entry/keying skills
About Us
Pay:
$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
