We are looking for an inspiring and positive manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our restaurant guests.

A passion for Italian food and culture a must, wine knowledge and/or certification an asset.

Description of Role:

***The Restaurant Manager brings a love of working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our guests. Reporting to the location General Manager, the Manager is a positive and communicative team player who works collaboratively to see the location succeed from both a financial perspective as well as from a guest experience perspective. With approximately 80% of time spent maintaining a visible presence on the floor engaging with guests and supporting staff in delivering an experience that exceeds expectations, you will also perform various administrative duties as assigned by the GM. This is a fulltime position with variable shifts that are predominantly in the evening, including weekends and holidays.

We are offering:

Annual Salary of $50,000 to $55,000 (based on experience)
