As a Member Relationship Specialist I, you'll be responsible for handling consumer lending requests, opening new accounts, and processing cardrelated requests. You'll also be building relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible. Your mission will be to help our members meet their financial goals and needs make a real difference in their lives.

The starting salary for this position is $31.06 per hour.

Your Spark:

Postsecondary education. Grade 12 or equivalent may be considered.
13 years of experience in a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge and thorough understanding of legislative requirements associated with deposit account opening and lending.
Previous workrelated experience in a credit union is an asset.
Proven success working within a sales and service, and goaloriented environment.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
