    Accounting Clerk
    Burlington, ON
    $55k per year

    Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

    Responsibilities


    • Daily accounting and bookkeeping
    • AR and AP
    • Generate invoices, record payments, cheque runs, licensing fees, rentals
    • Reconciliations, general ledger
    • Support month end and year end
    • Some B2B collections
    • Support with administrative responsibilities and provide cross functional support
    • Other administrative and adhoc duties as required
    Requirements


    • Must have at least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
    • Strong Excel experience and QuickBooks experience
