The Position:
KMT has a full-time Accounting Administrator maternity leave position available, potentially leading to a permanent position within the company.
As the Accounting Administrator you will work with our Finance team and Executives to contribute to the wider financial strategy and vision.
This position works closely with our Accounting Supervisor and Financial Controller, and other members of our team.Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll processing.
- Update accounts payables and issuing invoices.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Propose new ideas as you see fit to improve the efficiency of the department overall.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
- Strong time management and communication abilities.
- Solid analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
