Quality Control Manager for Cheese Manufacturer - Saint-Jacques, Canada - Greek Cheese Manufacturers

We are a small cheese manufacturing plant approximately 45 minutes northwest of Montreal looking for an _experienced_ dairy plant factory manager / dairy quality assurance manager.

• HTST pasteurization
• Knowledge of regulatory codes and regulations (HACCP, Health and Safety, CFIA etc.), food industry, and food science
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance
• Cheese / Dairy Processing / Manufacturing Experience

Previous work experience in other dairy manufacturing plants would also be ideal.

This position requires experience in quality control in a food manufacturing operation. Must be able to ensure compliance with Canadian dairy product regulations and maintain quality of products.
