Are you looking for a part time role working 3 days a week as part of a small friendly office admin team?

If so we have a unique opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator.
As well as the basic salary you will have:

  • A working week of Monday
  • Wednesday 8am-5pm
  • but with some flexibility on
start/finish times.

  • Holiday pay and pension
  • Small but friendly team
  • Modern relaxed working environment, which not a call center.
  • Full training on the inhouse computer system
In this Customer Service Administration role your key duties will be:

  • Answering customer calls regards tracking deliveries and invoice issues.
  • Liaising with suppliers regards delivery of products.
  • Updating orders on the computer and keeping client records accurate.


If you are a good administrator with a relaxed and good manner on the phone and enjoy customer service, then this could be for you.

This is a part time role to support a busy small existing team.
