Description
Witmer Auto Service is currently looking for hire a Service Advisor for our fast-paced service centre.Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule service appointments for clients with accurate descriptions for mechanics
- Coordinate vehicle inspections with mechanics
- Communicate findings to customers, provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval
- Liase with warranty company on client's behalf to obtain approval and payments for repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Assist ordering parts for mechanics when required
- Create invoices for work completed
- Monitor shop productivity
- Coordinate sublet repairs
- Coordinate logistics for vehicle transport, cleaning, etc.
- Manage detail bay ensuring efficiency and quality of work meets standards
- Complete intake inspections on newly arrived units confirm accuracy of information and provide details on inconsistencies
Experience:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, recommendations, and exceptional service.
Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
