Position Description

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is the largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital in Canada, as well as one of the world's leading research centres in its field.

Our services are delivered to help transform the lives of people affected by mental health and substance use concerns. Our goal is to tailor treatment to each individual, providing patient-centered, comprehensive, coordinated care.


CAMH is seeking a full-time, contract (12 months) Research Coordinator to support the Toronto Adolescent and Youth (TAY) Cohort Study, a 5-year research study supported by the Discovery Fund that will recruit and follow 3,000 youth to determine who is at highest risk of developing psychosis and the relationship between risk and functional outcomes.

Reporting to the Research Manager and working closely with the Study Investigators, the Research Coordinator will ensure effective coordination of recruitment, characterization, and retention of participants during this longitudinal research study.

The Research Coordinator will be responsible for supporting training on study assessments, including structured diagnostic assessments, dimensional symptom scales, neurocognitive assessments, and neuroimaging as well as ensuring all study staff have completed all appropriate training and training documentation is in place prior to carrying out study-specific tasks.


Qualifications

Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Please Note:
This full-time, contract (12-months) position is part of the OPSEU bargaining unit.


Salary Range:
$ $45.31 per hour
