Responsibilities:

Oversee the administrative operations of the clinic, including scheduling and inventory management.
Marketing and promotion of the company to walkin clients at the hospital site. Triage and direct to intake teams.
Coordinate meetings with CEOs and cultivate relationships with new referral sources.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic performance.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and enhance overall clinic effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe and secure clinic environment.
Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Support tasks directed by CEO's and Directors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Proficient in using healthcare management software.

Wages are geared to experience and will be relayed based on the applicants experience level.
