What You'll Do:


As the Market Development Representative (MDR), you partner closely with account executives to support, research and prospect to secure a sufficient flow of qualified opportunities that will influence the sales pipeline.

You are accountable for daily activity metrics of 50 to 75 calls along with monthly and quarterly quotas. You receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling and a focus on researching targeted accounts. As an MDR, you will gain in-depth experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Manager, Market Development Representative and is designated Flex.


Responsibility

  • Support the sales team members with qualified opportunities
  • Build strong professional relationships across the Sales and Marketing departments
  • Collaborate with the sales team members to penetrate targeted accounts with innovative and strategic approaches based on territory
  • Develop best practices to prioritize high volume inbound interest and appropriate follow up
  • Use Salesforce efficiently to research accounts, identify key contacts, and reach out to prospective customers

What You Bring:


Basic

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent sales related experience

Preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a client and/or customer facing role
  • Inside sales experience
  • Experience in qualifying prospects CRM experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Experience with quotas and metrics in past positions
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational and multitasking skills Motivation, drive and selfstarting attitude
  • Familiar with Google suite
