What You'll Do:
As the Market Development Representative (MDR), you partner closely with account executives to support, research and prospect to secure a sufficient flow of qualified opportunities that will influence the sales pipeline.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Manager, Market Development Representative and is designated Flex.
Responsibility
- Support the sales team members with qualified opportunities
- Build strong professional relationships across the Sales and Marketing departments
- Collaborate with the sales team members to penetrate targeted accounts with innovative and strategic approaches based on territory
- Develop best practices to prioritize high volume inbound interest and appropriate follow up
- Use Salesforce efficiently to research accounts, identify key contacts, and reach out to prospective customers
What You Bring:
Basic
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales related experience
Preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a client and/or customer facing role
- Inside sales experience
- Experience in qualifying prospects CRM experience
- Salesforce experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Experience with quotas and metrics in past positions
- Demonstrated time management, organizational and multitasking skills Motivation, drive and selfstarting attitude
- Familiar with Google suite
