- Experience as a line cook at a restaurant or a similar setting is must.
- Prepare meals from the menu and substitute items as requested by the chef.
- Regulate temperature of the oven, grill, broiler, etc.
- Always sticking to FIFO.
- Maintain food prep for next shift.
- Always check the quality of the food before plating.
- Ensure proper food portion, taste and plating is maintained as trained by chef.
- Able to handle pressure during busy times.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and chef.
- Have a flexible work schedule.

$19.00-$21.00 per hour
