Store Manager - Waterloo, Canada - Sweet Life Candy & Pop Shop

We are looking to hire for a Full-Time Manager at our Sweet Life Candy & Pop Shop Waterloo location

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail and customer service; and a minimum experience of 1 year in a Managerial Role (required).

We are looking to hire someone who is hands on, quick on their feet and can adapt to the changing needs of the store.

This position isn't limited to the following Duties:

• Stocking inventory on the sales floor.
• Organizing the stock room and receiving shipments.
• Picking orders for UberEats.
• Ability to organize, merchandise and rotate product both on the floor and stock room.
• Answer phone; addressing and managing customer related questions and concerns.
• Must be able to lift min. 45lb & be on your feet for an extended amount of time.
• Must have an open availability including weekends. (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory).
• Experience on cash/POS system is required, but will train for our particular system.
• Opening/Closing the store and cash (keyholder).

Pay starts at $18/hour, with a 3 month probation. Once 3 month probation has been met, there's an opportunity for a pay increase.
