Office ManagerCyclone Metal Products is a 25 + year fully diversified custom metal fabrication shop located in Regina.
Responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration, bookkeeping, month end and payroll. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support related tasks is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities and tasks of this position include:
- General receptionist duties
- Data entry bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Development of interoffice communication protocols
- Development and implementation of office policies
- Streamlining all administrative procedures
- Receive and enter vendor packing slips
- Match vendor packing slips to vendor invoices and input into E2 ERP system.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one to two years of experience in an office manager or similar role is required in addition to the following skills:
- Professional communication with customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
- Bookkeeping knowledge in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures
- Basic working knowledge of operation of office equipment
