• You will be coordinating and managing the endtoend process for solutionbased proposals to government and commercial sectors in the information technology space.
• Your exceptional organization and project management skills, you will lead the management of proposal submissions by preparing, translating, and executing proposals in addition to maintaining documents and templates and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are on track.

• You have experience in the preparation and submission of proposals in response to professional services RFPs.
• You enjoy driving the proposal process using your expert communication and relationshipbuilding skills to liaise with stakeholders and to deliver high quality proposals as part of a team.
• You have impeccable attention to detail.
• A relationship builder you build rapport internally and externally.
• You are a communicator and writer with experience writing, editing, proofreading, and translating.
• Bilingual you can write and respond to complex proposals fluently in French and English.
• A facilitator and organizer you leverage your project management skills to maintain deadlines and keep documents in order while using your influencing and coordination skills to oversee the proposal requirements and processes.
• You have 5 years of experience performing proposal and document management for Canada government and commercial clients in an IT environment.
