About the role:
This position is part of a passionate and fun team that facilitates the movement of our amazing product from our distribution centre to our stores and customers.
In this role, you will verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as prepare items for shipment while providing general labour to support warehouse needs.
Key duties & responsibilities include:
- Facilitate the inbound raw materials operations (receiving, sorting and storage); Fabric and notion shipments and returning washed fabric
- Facilitate the outbound raw materials operations (pick, pack, and ship); Fabric wash test, swatch cut, production (internal and external factories), and sample builds
- Foster inventory accuracy (labelling/ticketing, counting, and recording)
- Receiving fabrics, finished goods and notions
- Conducting physical item count
- Picking and packing raw materials and finished goods
- Preparing labels and scanning goods for packing
- Performing cleanup activities in the work area
- Assisting CYC Distribution Centre team with fulfilling warehouse related objectives

- You work quickly and productively
- You are able to perform all warehouse duties
- You are a strong communicator, you build relationships with the team easily
- You have exceptional organizational skills
- You have meticulous attention to detail
- You are a dedicated team player
- You have basic computer knowledge & skills
- Physically confident to lift up to 50 lbs; able to perform physical work for up to 8 hours
