The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Analyst, Global Mobility in Toronto. This is a permanent position.

As the Analyst, Global Mobility you will undertake the following activities and responsibilities:

Assist the Sr Analyst, Global Mobility in all Global Mobility related activities/processes such as expatriation/repatriation, offers, system set-up, payroll validation.
Responsible for tracking, validating and paying invoices, guaranteeing that dates, audits and processes are aligned.
Initiate employee files with vendor, ensure all information is validated and provided.
Maintain and share with HRBPs tracking list on weekly basis of current processes.
Organizes and maintains employee files, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

About You

Education:

A minimum of an undergraduate degree
CHRP preferred

Experience:

02 years in Global Mobility or 24 years of experience in other HR areas

Skills:

Strong collaboration skills; ability to work with immediate team
Organization Skills: follows direction/guidance from Sr. analysts to manage individual time and workload.
Analytical Skills: ability to understand basic problems, facts, figures to propose action plans and present data in an effective way
Communication skills; Ability to speak basic topics with team, local HR/employees.
