The eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the supervision of the ecommerce fulfillment centre; coordinating order fulfillment, receiving, inventory control and product return activities while maintaining health & safety standards of the warehouse.

Supervisor, Role Accountabilities**- Help coordinate the end to end fulfillment process of orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Participate in the training of new & current associates
Oversee the receiving team to ensure products are received in a timely manner
Coordinate regular cycle counts and work to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
Ensure safe & efficient operation and utilization of all warehouse equipment
Ensure current and accurate inventory control procedures are followed
Assist in labour planning and hiring
Perform tasks to maintain the warehouse standards, as requested
Comply with GTW's policies and procedures as well as OHSA and MSDS Standards

eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor, Required Skills & Qualifications**- 2-3 years of experience working in an e-commerce warehouse environment

Demonstrated supervisory skills, methods and techniques as it pertains to warehouse operations
Experience operating powered material handling equipment (pallet truck, reach truck, counterbalance forklift) is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Work with and train associates on various warehouse software used; assist in the testing and implementation of new software and systems
Experience using MS Office
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor, Shift Schedule
Sunday; 8:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Thursday, 12:30pm - 9:00pm
