Ontim Investments LTD.has been in business for almost 50 years with apartment communities in the Halton area & commercial/retail units in the GTA.
Our properties are professionally maintained with onsite staff as well as a maintenance and leasing team.
We are seeking a Live-In Superintendent Two Person Team who are both hard-working as well as reliable to join our Burlington site.
The Superintendents are responsible for ensuring that Burlington Towers is maintained in a clean, orderly and effective manner as a first class residential complex.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning the building with attention to detail
- Responding to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Responsible for building maintenance and repairs
- Perform seasonal work as required such a snow removal
- Clean vacant apartments for incoming residents
- Complete move in/out inspections
- Responsible for parking and locker assignments
- Project a positive attitude to residents and staff
- Collect incoming rents
- Oncall support for afterhour emergencies
- Additional duties as required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary:
From $43,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
