+ Provide life skills training such as meal preparation, housekeeping, personal care skills and personal finance.
+ Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, lifts transfers hygiene grooming toileting gastrostomy feeding tracheostomy management suction bowel management.
+ Ensure the client is adequately supervised while in the community or within Connectives housing facilities addressing any increase in risk through appropriate means of intervention assistance.
