- Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in waterproofing or building envelope projects.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful project completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
